On move day the crew arrives in uniform with the truck loaded with blankets, wrap, dollies, and straps. We walk the home, agree on what is going, what stays, and what is fragile, and then we get to work. Beds, tables, and TV mounts come apart at the old place and go back together at the new one.
Local moves are priced hourly. You see the rate before you book, in writing, and you pay for the time the crew is on the clock. No fuel surcharges added at the end. No "stairs fee" because the second floor exists. If we beat the estimate, you pay less.
If you want a flat rate for a small one-bedroom or a single-item move, we will quote that too. Whatever is easier for you to budget around.
We handle apartment moves (third floor walk-ups included, sorry — the only fee is in our backs), townhome moves, and full-house moves up to large 4-5 bedroom homes. We coordinate with leasing offices on COIs and freight elevator reservations.
